Try before you pay
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial of Pro features. We recommend testing RapidCut during the trial to confirm it works with your setup before subscribing.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. Email support@rapidcutai.com from the address on your account and we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- To cancel, email support@rapidcutai.com or use the link in your Stripe receipt.
- After cancelling, you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period; you are not charged again.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. Charges for a renewal that has already begun a new period are generally non-refundable beyond the 14-day window above, except where required by law. If you forgot to cancel and were just renewed, contact us — we review these case by case.
