Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of RapidCut AI (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RapidCut provides a panel for Adobe Premiere Pro and a connected server that offers AI-assisted editing tools. Features and tool counts may change as we improve the product.

2. Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial of Pro features. After the trial, continued access to Pro features requires a paid subscription. Free (no subscription) access is limited to the offline tools described on our pricing page.

3. Subscriptions & billing

  • Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) at the price shown at checkout, in US dollars.
  • Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices may change with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

4. Cancellation

To cancel, email support@rapidcutai.com or use the cancellation link in your Stripe receipt. See our Refund Policy for refund details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reselling access, attempting to bypass authentication or licensing, automated abuse of paid endpoints, or using the Service to process content you do not have the rights to. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or generate abusive load.

6. Requirements

RapidCut requires a compatible version of Adobe Premiere Pro on Windows. Some AI features require either a Pro subscription or your own AI provider API key, as described on the site. You are responsible for meeting these requirements before purchasing.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidCut is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
